Watch Different Photos Of 137 Released Kuriga Pupils As They Arrive Govt House
The 137 schoolchildren who were kidnapped from Kuriga, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State, and subsequently released on Sunday, have now arrived at the Government House in Kaduna.
The Kaduna State Government made the announcement of their release on Sunday, with a statement issued by the state governor, Uba Sani.
In the statement, Governor Uba Sani confirmed, “I wish to announce that our Kuriga school children have been released.”
However, Governor Sani clarified that the actual number of abducted schoolchildren was 137, contrary to the earlier report of 287 children.
