Drama As Uber Driver Cuts Off Braids of His Two Female Passengers Who Ordered a Ride Without Money (Video)

An Uber driver has taken a drastic method to recover his money after two female passenger ordered a ride without money.
A video going viral showed the moment the Uber driver used scissors to cut off the braids of the female passengers.
The driver said that it was because of their inability to pay him his money that he did it.
The sad incident happened in South Africa.
