Dismembered Body Found Near Home Of Man Who Accommodated Two Friends Who Are Missing (VIDEO)
A dismembered body has been discovered near the residence of Andrew Amaechi Ochekwo, a Nigerian man who had hosted two friends now missing.
Reports from LIB indicate that Celine and her Ghanaian friend, Afiba, went missing after traveling from Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to Abia State on April 27, 2024, to visit Andrew, whom they had met on Facebook.
Nigerian activist Harrison Gwamnishu, who has been actively tracking the case, confirmed the discovery of the decomposed body. He stated that the body was missing its head, hands, and legs and was wrapped in a curtain similar to those in Andrew’s home. Andrew was reportedly killed while attempting to flee from arrest a few days earlier.
Gwamnishu wrote:
“ONE DECOMPOSING DEAD BODY FOUND NEAR OPPOSITE ANDREW’S HOUSE
HEAD, TWO HANDS, TWO LEGS NOT VISIBLE.
You all remembered that a few days ago, I posted that anyone with useful information about the whereabouts of Celine and Afiba should send a message and their identity would be protected.
Yesterday, at about 10:00 pm, we arrived in Aba and, in the company of police officers from FIB-IRT Abuja, we went out for a search and discovered a decomposed body wrapped and dumped somewhere around the ZeeRock area, Ogbor-Hill, Aba, Abia State.
We are yet to ascertain if the body is one of the victims or someone else and wish to appeal to NDI Abia to assist us more in knowing the whereabouts of Celine and Afiba.
I understand that there is a disconnect between the Security Agencies and the people, which is the reason I am here in person. Any information sent to me will not put anyone in danger. HELP US TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE.”
