Confusion As Residents Find “Witch” Sleeping On A Roof In Benin


There was confusion in a community in Benin, Edo State capital, when residents woke up and found what they described as a witch on one of the roofs in the area.
According to a 10-seconds video shared on X (Twitter) by @wakajugbe on Thursday, the unidentified person was seen sleeping on a rusty roof unclad.
The visibly surprised residents of the area were seen gathered around the building.
“As seen in Benin but surely they’ll call witchcraft when it’s clear this person is schizophrenic,” the poster said.
