Afrobeats sensation Ayodeji Balogun, globally known as Wizkid, has delivered a scorching rebuttal to those who branded him a hater after his recent tweet. Tooxclusive recalls reporting that Davido confirmed a few days ago that he and Chioma would have their wedding on June 25, in Lagos, despite recent allegations of infidelity against the singer. On Sunday evening, the DWW boss shared his pre-wedding photos with Chioma on Social media. His colleague, Wizkid, caused a frenzy after tweeting “Lol [lots of laughs]” moments after Davido released his pre-wedding photos.
The Starboy boss again on Monday morning shared what appeared to be a shade at his rival, Davido, according to some fans.
On his X handle, Wizkid wrote: “Saying a prayer for every understanding woman on earth! Your king loves you.”
Many linked his tweet to Davido and Chioma’s upcoming wedding, insinuating a desire for the Starboy crooner to revert to his quiet and respectful persona. The Starboy clarified that it was just his “daily rant on how much I love my family.” He made it clear that he holds no ill feelings towards anyone, emphasizing his positive wishes for everyone’s well-being. Wizkid, who is currently in relationship with his manager, Jada Pollock, whom he shares his youngest two sons with, expressed a heightened appreciation for his faith and family bonds.
In a series of tweets, Wizkid wrote:
