According to reports, the US Department of Justice has decided not to pursue charges against the officers involved in the fatal shooting of 12 year old #TamirRice. Federal prosecutors “concluded that they could not prove that Rice’s constitutional rights were violated or the officers obstructed justice.” Rice’s family settled a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Cleveland in April 2016. @CNN #news
